1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Yieldly ("the service"), a farm season planning, budgeting and record-keeping tool. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secret. You may invite other people to your account; you are responsible for their use of it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Your data
Data you enter (fields, crops, products, prices, budgets and related records) remains yours. We store it to provide the service and do not sell it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of information you cannot afford to lose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Agronomic & financial guidance
The service provides estimates and general agronomic and pricing guidance (for example fertiliser blends, water schedules, pest information and cost calculations). These are aids to planning only, are not professional advice, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always confirm rates, chemicals, safety intervals and financial decisions with a qualified adviser and the relevant product labels before acting.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for any loss (including crop, yield or financial loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its estimates.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
